Job Description
- Oversee the vision, strategy & roadmap for the Extensions Marketplace.
- Align with product leadership & field teams on partnership categories and prioritization of partnerships
- Deeply understand customer needs, vertical & industry use cases and whole solution stack required by customers
- Write detailed product requirements & own product lifecycle for Extensions
- Research and understand competition and key opportunities for differentiation
- Define business metrics and reporting analytics required to track success and gain business insights.
Experience & Skills Required:
-0-2 years experience in product management
- Bachelor’s degree in software engineering or related field, Master’s preferred.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- 1+years experience in leading product management for a company offering APIs and SDKs, preferably in real-time communications
- 1+ years experience working in a global company
- Experience in natural language processing (NLP) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) preferred
