Description

The Organizational Leadership Program in the College of Integrative Sciences and Arts (CISA) at Arizona State University invites applications to join our pool of Faculty Associates. Successful candidates will prepare and teach undergraduate and/or graduate courses in OGL depending upon expertise. Faculty Associate positions are one semester, non-benefits eligible, fixed-term appointments with no tenure implications, not to exceed an average of .40 FTE per semester (two courses).

The number of courses is contingent upon unit needs, funding, and sufficient enrollment.

Guided by ASU's faculty and our deep collaboration with industry and educational allies, our comprehensive range of undergraduate and graduate offerings, as well as certificate and non-degree workforce development initiatives, present multiple avenues for engaging with students at all points in their careers.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in organizational leadership, business, or a related field from an accredited institution at time of appointment.
  • Teaching or training experience.

Desired Qualifications:

  • PhD in organizational leadership, management, business, or a related field from one of ASU’s peer institutions or similar.
  • Two years’ post-secondary teaching or training experience.
  • Experience developing and/or managing curriculum.
  • Experience teaching in digital environments such as Canvas (asynchronously and/or synchronously).
  • Evidence of activities consistent with the ASU Charter and Design Aspirations
