Research/Lab Assistant
Job Description
A highly qualified post-baccalaureate research/lab assistant will be hired to assist the PI in scheduling participants, project management, qualitative data analysis, data management and cleaning, and manuscript preparation. The Research Lab Assistant will support in project coordination, scheduling, managing other research assistant duties and hours, overseeing undergraduate RA work, conducting literature reviews, and supporting grant and manuscript preparation.

Essential Duties
- Project management and coordination
- Manuscript preparation
- Overseeing lab research assistants
- Scheduling and logistics for lab activities
- Coordinating with other vendors who will provide work for the lab
- Coordinating research subjects
- Conduct UX interviews
Minimum Qualifications
Three years related laboratory or field research experience; OR, Any equivalent combination of experience and/or education from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved.
Desired Qualifications
- Evidence of a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or related field
- Experience working as a research assistant in a Psychology lab (2 years)
- Experience in conducting systematic reviews
- Experience in overseeing undergraduate research assistants (6 months)
- Experience in UX testing
Working Environment
Will have a computer, desk, and office in the Psychology Department.
