Essential Duties
- Develop, execute, and manage comprehensive social media strategies for clients, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Manage and maintain social media platforms and communities across Facebook, Threads, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Utilize social media monitoring tools to analyze competitor activities, share of voice, and sentiment trends.
- Provide strategic direction for social media campaigns and audience engagement tactics across various platforms. Collaborate closely with client service leads, creative teams, and content creators to establish and uphold a consistent brand voice across social media channels.
- Design audience-building and social engagement strategies using performance-based and earned media tactics. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to innovate and enhance social media strategies.
- Oversee social media team members and manage work with internal stakeholders to ensure social concepts are integrated and amplified across all marketing platforms.
- Identify and leverage opportunities for community building, messaging, and recruitment through earned media channels.
- Generate regular, actionable reports on social media and influencer-related content performance, delivering insights to internal stakeholders and leadership.
- This will include analysis for digital KPIs; and proactively provide measurable insight into in-progress social media initiatives to maximize campaign performance.
- Work closely with content teams to brainstorm and develop compelling content ideas that resonate with target audiences.
- Develop and maintain collaborative working relationships with team members, project managers, creative resources such as multimedia, digital marketing, content teams, and other outside constituencies to accomplish project goals and content needs.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism or related field AND five (5) years of related experience which includes three (3) years of supervisory experience Or, any equivalent combination of experience or education from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved.

- Experience in developing and implementing effective social media strategies.
- Experience in analyzing social media metrics and translating data into strategic insights.
- Evidence of effective communication and collaboration skills for effective teamwork and partnerships.
- Evidence in problem-solving abilities and creative thinking in a fast-paced digital environment.
- Experience conducting target audience research and implementing segmentation strategies.
- Experience in graphic design tools such as Canva, and Adobe Xpress.
- Familiarity with social media management tools, including Hootsuite, and proficiency in native platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Threads, and YouTube.
- Demonstrated up-to-date knowledge of current social media trends and best practices.
Working Environment
- Climate-controlled office setting subject to extended periods of being in a stationary position.
- Constantly detects and operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.
- Ability to clearly communicate and exchange accurate information to perform essential duties.
- Expected to be responsive to customers, engaged in work production, resourceful, flexible, and respectful of others.
