The ASU Edson College of Nursing and Health Innovation is seeking benefits-eligible, fixed-term, non-tenure track Instructors to teach in our baccalaureate nursing programs. Responsibilities include didactic, clinical, and online teaching. Contracts are written for one academic year. Subsequent appointments may be offered, under the same terms and conditions, at the discretion of the university. Salary is contingent upon qualifications and assigned teaching load. Full-time and part-time (minimum .50 FTE) positions available. All roles are benefits eligible.

For clinical teaching positions, preference will be given to candidates with relevant clinical practice experience.

Required Qualifications:

• Current unencumbered RN license or multi-state privilege to practice registered nursing in Arizona.
• Clinical
  • Baccalaureate degree with a major in nursing and three years of experience as a R.N. providing direct patient care.
• Didactic
  • Graduate degree with a major in nursing and two years of experience as a R.N. providing direct patient care clinical experience; or a graduate degree in a related discipline and a baccalaureate degree with a major in nursing and two years of experience as a R.N. providing direct patient care clinical experience.

Desired Qualifications:

• Prior higher education teaching experience is preferred.
• For clinical - master's degree in Nursing preferred
