Job Overview

DUTIES:Write code, complete programming, and perform testing and debugging of applications. Analyze, design, program, debug, and modify software enhancements and new products used in local, networked, or internet-related computer programs. Define system requirements and modifications. Develop new concepts, methods, and techniques using HTML, DHTML, XHTML, XML, and .NET. Utilize knowledge of development methodologies including Agile, ITUP, and 3D. Develop using rational tools and simulation tools. Apply advanced knowledge of Linux, Unix, and Windows operating systems. Write code and script using C#, Java, JavaScript, PowerShell, Python, and Windows Batch. Work within API and web services using REST and SOAP. Solve business problems and deliver integration tools using Automation Anywhere enterprise v10 (server and client), Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Multi‐Factor Authentication (MFA), Microsoft Power Automate, Microsoft Power Virtual Agents, Microsoft Power Apps, Microsoft AI Builder, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft Dataverse, and the Microsoft Office 365 tenant ecosystem. Troubleshoot, upgrade, and perform common administration tasks using Windows 10, Server 2012/2019, VMware Horizon Clients, VMware vSphere Consoles, and Azure VMs. Identify and prioritize product gaps and defects impacting user, administrator, and compliance experiences. Create and present weekly progress reports to various stakeholders from leadership to internal clients and users.

REQUIREMENTS: Requires a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Computer Information Systems and Information Technology, and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or three (3) years of experience in a related occupation writing code, completing programming, and performing testing and debugging of applications; developing new concepts, methods, and techniques using HTML, DHTML, XHTML, XML, and .NET; utilizing knowledge of development methodologies including Agile, ITUP, and 3D; developing using rational tools and simulation tools; applying advanced knowledge of Linux, Unix, and Windows operating systems; writing code and script using C#, Java, JavaScript, PowerShell, Python, and Windows Batch; working within API and web services using REST and SOAP; and solving business problems and delivering integration tools using Automation Anywhere enterprise v10 (server and client), Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Multi‐Factor Authentication (MFA), Microsoft Power Automate, Microsoft Power Virtual Agents, Microsoft Power Apps, Microsoft AI Builder, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft Dataverse, and the Microsoft Office 365 tenant ecosystem.
