Our Customer Services Specialists install, maintain and repair services for our customers.
What you'll do as an AT&T Customer Services Specialist:
• Install service orders to customer residence
• Repair and troubleshoot problems in Network or customer residence
• May work in attics, basements and crawl spaces
• Work outdoors in all kinds of weather
Our Customer Services Specialist earn between $7.17 - $45.86 per hour of Hourly Wage Credit Scale. With our amazing wage opportunities, our average starting earnings begin at $54,678.00 per year. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.

In addition to strong communication skills, our Customer Services Technicians must have the following:
• Valid state driver’s license
• To meet manufacturers safety requirements on equipment used, candidate's body weight, plus tools and materials cannot exceed 300lbs
• Ability to perceive differences in wire and cable colors
• Ability to lift and move up to 100lbs
•AT&T will consider for employment qualified applicants in a manner consistent with the requirements of federal, state and local laws

Term employees are those engaged for a specific project or limited period with the definite understanding that their employment is to terminate upon completion of the project or at the end of the period. Employment is expected to continue for more than one (1) year, but no more than Two (2) years
