Job Overview
DUTIES: Deliver processes of software applications and services including design, development, testing, deployment, production application support, troubleshooting, and maintenance with a focus on automation. Collaborate with engineers and architects to gather and review software requirements, user stories, provide estimates, and create software design specifications in order to assess and test hardware and software interactions. Execute a specific development methodology through application of various programming languages. Create and execute automated test plans and strategies utilizing business requirements. Work with engineers, architects, and clients to validate test environments, test data, test results, design and implement code fixes, validate outcomes against expected results, and produce associated reporting. Perform unit testing, dynamic application security testing, interface testing, integration testing, end-to-end testing, and user acceptance testing. Support applications and solve configuration and environment issues. Support the software deployment process. Develop and maintain new or existing Halo ISAM applications. Use programming languages, Java, ISAM technologies, ISAM plugins, and Tomcat application servers to write code, complete programming, and configure. Perform testing and debugging of applications. Analyze, design, program, configure, debug, and modify software enhancements and new products used in local, networked, or internet-related computer programs. Interact with users to define system requirements and necessary modifications.
REQUIREMENTS: Requires a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical and Electronic Engineering and 5 years of progressive, postbaccalaureate experience in the job offered, or 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in a related occupation creating and executing automated test plans and strategies utilizing business requirements; working with engineers, architects, and clients to validate test environments, test data, test results, design and implement code fixes, validate outcomes against expected results, and produce associated reporting; performing unit testing, dynamic application security testing, interface testing, integration testing, end-to-end testing, and user acceptance testing; developing and maintaining new or existing Halo ISAM applications; using programming languages, Java, ISAM technologies, ISAM plugins, and Tomcat application servers to write code, complete programming, and configure; and performing testing and debugging of applications.
Our Senior Software Engineers earn between $134,992 - $192,600 yearly. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers.
