DUTIES: Cricket Wireless LLC is looking for a Senior Application & Product Support in Atlanta, GA (and various unanticipated locations throughout the US/may work from home) to support production application and be responsible for first level of triage for all failure and fallout situations reported by field team. Complete application monitoring in production environment, act on alerts, and engage development and vendor teams as necessary to resolve issues. Responsible for production uptime and monitor SLA’s. Monitor application availability and end to end application performance and metrics via a standard tool set and take proactive actions as issues arise. Interface closely with 3rd party vendors as needed. Utilize Terraform, Kubernets, Jenkins, Azure, and AWS Cloud. Perform production and test environment infrastructure support. Complete triage and resolution of daily production issues reported by field. Work with daily escalations on production issues reported by field. Manage and maintain issues log from production issues. Manage and maintain knowledge base and FAQ. Automate daily job run. Build and maintain alerts and monitor mechanism with tools for production issues. Document defects and problem tickets for development resolution. Set up infrastructure in Azure cloud with Terraform. Migrate applications from on-prem to Azure.
REQUIREMENTS: Requires a Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science or Information Technology and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or two (2) years of experience in a related occupation supporting production application and being responsible for first level of triage for all failure and fallout situations reported by field team; completing application monitoring in production environment, act on alerts, and engage development and vendor teams as necessary to resolve issues; utilize Terraform, Kubernets, Jenkins, Azure, and AWS Cloud; performing production and test environment infrastructure support; completing triage and resolution of daily production issues reported by field; working with daily escalations on production issues reported by field; setting up infrastructure in Azure cloud with Terraform; and migrating applications from on-prem to Azure.
