Project management interns will work under a M&P Manager and assist with tasks such as:
• data collection
• analysis
• preparing strategic reports
The team supports the quality assurance for EMEA Care organization.
Currently 4 call centers in Czech republic, Slovakia and Poland (1500+ employees) and supports 24/7 operations.
Your profile:
• Fluency in English
• Familiarity with Microsoft applications
• Strong communication skills with the ability to discuss any issues with a wide variety of individuals and groups
• Capability to produce content on time, with attention to detail, and an emphasis on identifying and pitching to a target audience
• A well-organized team player with the ability to perform various tasks, act individually, and think creatively
• Willingness to learn and develop project management skills
• Competitive and proactive attitude
Location: Brno, Czechia OR Bratislava OR Kosice, Slovakia
Workplace designation: Hybrid (possibility to work from home)
Working hours: 40 hours/ week, flexible upon agreement with the hiring manager.
Start date: June 2023
Contract: Fixed term - 4 months internship
DURING THE FULL PERIOD OF THIS INTERNSHIP, CANDIDATE NEEDS TO HAVE STATUS OF A STUDENT.
Estimated monthly salary for Slovakia: 1250€ brutto for full time contract.
