Job Overview
This position is required to be in Dallas, Texas and we are offering a relocation plan. Additionally, this is a hybrid role and will be required to come into the corporate offices 1-3 times per week.

The Senior Psychologist will support AT&T’s assessment practice in designing and conducting research studies, analyzing data, and developing evidence-based solutions that improve employee performance, organizational culture, and overall business outcomes. This role will work closely with clients to understand their organizational needs and assist in the development of strategies to address those needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead in the design and implementation of research studies to identify and analyze factors that affect employee behavior, attitudes, and job performance.
- Develop and implement assessment tools, such as work samples and interviews in accordance with the Uniform Guidelines on Employee Selection Procedures and other relevant guidelines.
- Conduct data analyses using statistical software to identify patterns and relationships and contribute to the development of recommendations for organizational improvement.
- Collaborate with HR professionals and organizational leaders to develop strategies that improve organizational culture, job satisfaction, and employee engagement.
- Provide support to Lead Psychologist, HR Business Partners, Legal and Labor in providing expert consultation to clients on topics such as employee selection.
- Assist in the preparation and presentation of research findings to clients and stakeholders, including reports, presentations, and other communication materials.
- Work collaboratively with others to support research projects and other initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Masters Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology or related field required. PhD preferred.
- 1-3 years experience in conducting research and working with organizations on issues related to employee performance, organizational culture, and business outcomes.
- Proficient in the use of statistical software such as SPSS or R.
- Familiarity with the legal landscape as it impacts employment decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with other team members.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present complex research findings to clients and stakeholders.
- A commitment to staying current with the latest research and trends in I/O psychology.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Experience working with unions desired.
Our Senior Psychologists - Organizational Performance earn between $94,300 - $141,500. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
