Understanding on RFPs & Bids. Enabling efficient sourcing and partnerships for the Bids. Timely submission of inputs for Bids, basis business needs. Stitching of partnerships for end-to-end delivery to customer.
Sourcing and Procurement of Maintenance, Hand & Feet Support (Survey, Staging & Installation), Software/Licenses for customer delivery. Effective negotiations for enabling competitive costs. Speed of execution of Procurement process.
Gathering requirements for scope of work – work with suppliers to obtain custom quotes within required timeframes.
Project manages vendor's development process and schedule. Performs standard project management and pert chart analysis of vendor progress. Conducts technical evaluation and analysis of the input processes and data itself to independently assess the likelihood of vendors on time.
Assessing, evaluating risks and control environments of the Vendors inline to established standards, policies, and procedures.
Collaborating with the Business Groups and Risk Stakeholders during the onboarding and offboarding of vendors
Highlight the risks to Business as an outcome of the Vendor Technology Review
Update Leadership team on the High/Critical open findings
Contract Management- Contracting with Partners covering all critical Terms and conditions in line with Customer Contract / PO T&Cs. Timely contracting.
Vendor Management- Engagement with Vendors/OEM’s Partner relationship management to ensure Bid Cost efficiency to enabling winning of deals.
The role requires coordination with Global teams including Suppliers, Vendor Managers, LCM’s and Project Managers
Demonstrate (Key competencies)
Sound Understanding of Telecom Business and Bid Management. Sourcing and Procurement in IT / Telecom / B2B Space. Collaboration with cross functional stake holders. Customer focus - Drive to meet customer expectations. Basic understanding of Telecom equipment. Working knowledge of finance and/or accounting in terms of budgeting, cost management, financial accounting, treasury, risk management, etc.
Identification and realization of cost-saving and cost-reduction opportunities
Managing the skills and competency development of team and knowledge management capabilities
Development of benchmarks and scorecards to be used for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:

Educational Level Graduate (Preferably BE / B Tech) MBA Working Experience 7-8 Years and/or professional certification in Supply Chain Management is recommended.

Working knowledge of finance and/or accounting in terms of budgeting, cost management, financial accounting, treasury, risk management, etc.
Excellent communication skills and even better listening skills to get the “voice of the internal customer” and to understand the company culture.
