Job Overview
DUTIES: Perform network engineering focused on progressive mobility infrastructure and access technologies. Utilize USP, Voice, and VOIP technologies to perform program and product management. Use Apache ANT to perform automation test scripting work across E2E networks in order to deliver E2E services and emerging technologies. Serve as subject matter expert during the continuous integration and continuous deployment cycle in a production environment focused on complex design, engineering, and development. Troubleshoot complex mobility packet core and RAN lab environment issues. Facilitate troubleshooting sessions with a variety of SMEs including packet core Network Function (NF) owners, RAN, service and product owners, device teams, and subscriber provisioning IT systems to resolve issues and determine root cause. Operate troubleshooting and analysis tools including Iris NetScout, NextGen probes, Wireshark, ANT Automation, and QXDM. Execute automated test suites on multiple platforms and releases including Landslide, Spirent, DSTest, Mobile Experience, and Mobile Cell Block (MCB). Use AT&T Network Test (ANT) automation to develop scripts and suites for use across E2E networks in order to deliver E2E Services and emerging technologies. Automate real UE tests for use in ongoing regression testing and for the purposes of environment health checks and service assurance across different architectures, technology generations, and services portfolios. Test cloud-native mobility applications for deployment into Azure On-Premises or Public Cloud. Onboard, install, and configure VNFs on different interfaces including CLI, NETCONF, HELM, and Ansible. Apply advanced knowledge of IMS, LTE, 5G Stand Alone (5G SA), and 5G Non-Standalone (5G NSA) environments to include relevant 3GPP specifications. Utilize experience in mobility simulation tools and supporting software including JIRA, Confluence, Zephyr Enterprise, and HP ALM. Perform web development using GIT, RESTful API, Selenium, Python, and Perl.
REQUIREMENTS: Requires a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electronic Engineering and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered, or 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in a related occupation performing network engineering focused on progressive mobility infrastructure and access technologies; utilizing USP, Voice, and VOIP technologies to perform program and product management; using Apache ANT to perform automation test scripting work across E2E networks in order to deliver E2E services and emerging technologies; operating troubleshooting and analysis tools including Iris NetScout, NextGen probes, Wireshark, ANT Automation, and QXDM; testing cloud-native mobility applications for deployment into Azure On-Premises or Public Cloud; onboarding, installing, and configuring VNFs on different interfaces including CLI, NETCONF, HELM, and Ansible; applying advanced knowledge of IMS, LTE, 5G Stand Alone (5G SA), and 5G Non-Standalone (5G NSA) environments to include relevant 3GPP specifications; utilizing experience in mobility simulation tools and supporting software including JIRA, Confluence, Zephyr Enterprise, and HP ALM; and performing web development using GIT, RESTful API, Selenium, Python, and Perl.
Our Principal Member of Technical Staffs earn between $144,800 - $270,400 yearly. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers.
