Job Overview

DUTIES: Collaborate to gather and review software requirements and user stories, provide estimates, create software design specifications, and collaborate with engineers and architects to assess and test hardware and software interactions. Execute a specific development methodology through application of various programming languages. Create and execute automated test plans and strategies utilizing business requirements and collaborate with engineers, architects, and clients to validate test environments, test data and test results. Design and implement code fixes, validate outcomes against expected results, and produce associated reporting. Complete Unit Test, dynamic application security testing, interface testing, integration testing, end-to-end testing, and user acceptance testing. Support applications and solve configuration and environment issues. Support the software deployment process. Implement Machine Learning (ML) Solutions in testing automation that includes environment configuration checks and regression techniques. Work with business partners and provide technical solutions, and discuss different test scenarios for AT&T Network and Services such as AT&T Domain 2.0, Voice over IP, LTE (4G), IOT, IIOT, AT&T Switched Ethernet, AT&T Virtual Private Network, and managed internet services. Work with SME on various AT&T technologies, systems, and procedures, and provide expertise in change management and service assurance. Participate and support complete software development life-cycle in regards to solution engineering, detailed design, system test cases, UAT, and deployment of applications. Support Safe Agile, Waterfall and DevOps software development with LeanKit, JIRA, and other tools. Use machine learning techniques, data structures, algorithms, and statistics. Develop automation pipelines and frameworks for verification of machine learning models. Collect and maintain test data according to test plans and cases across different environments including test, stage, and performance. Integrate expert knowledge of technical principles and methods of multiple disciplines with knowledge of products, services, and internal operations. Work with Selenium, TestNG, Junit, Java, SQL, API Testing (SOAP and REST), Postman, SOAP UI, Cucumber, Jenkins, Docker, Javascript, and Jmeter. Utilize BigQuery, Putty, WinSCP, Splunk and Kubernetes Logs, Jira, JiraAlign, SonarCube, Lint for code refinement, Elastic Search, Kafka, and API automation via Postman.


REQUIREMENTS: Requires a Bachelor’s Degree, or foreign equivalent degree in Electronic Engineering or Computer Software Engineering and five (5) years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or five (5) years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in a related occupation collaborating to gather and review software requirements and user stories, providing estimates, creating software design specifications and collaborating with engineers and architects to assess and test hardware and software interactions; completing Unit Testing, dynamic application security testing, interface testing, integration testing, end-to-end testing and user acceptance testing; using machine learning techniques, data structures, algorithms, and statistics; developing automation pipelines and frameworks for verification of machine learning models; collecting and maintaining test data according to test plans and cases across different environments including test, stage, and performance; integrating expert knowledge of technical principles and methods of multiple disciplines with knowledge of products, services, and internal operations; working with Selenium, TestNG, Junit, Java, SQL, API Testing (SOAP and REST), Postman, SOAP UI, Cucumber, Jenkins, Docker, Javascript, and Jmeter; and utilizing BigQuery, Putty, WinSCP, Splunk and Kubernetes Logs, Jira, JiraAlign, SonarCube, Lint for code refinement, Elastic Search, Kafka, and API automation via Postman.
