Overall Purpose: Performs non-technical project management work focused on internal AT&T projects. Typically manages these projects from initiation through delivery. The Senior Specialist Project Manager is responsible for meeting the project requirements by applying project management skills, tools, and techniques to manage the project scope, quality, schedule, budget, resources and risk. Additionally, the Senior Specialist Project Manager will assist in providing administrative support (including but not limited to: laptop ordering and delivery, swag ordering and delivery, badge access, onboarding, mailbox management, etc.)

The Senior Specialist Project Manager conducts project management of a small/medium project or phases of a larger project. Projects are typically moderately complex in nature sometimes follow a repeatable frameworks and require some analytical skills in defining scope and objectives. Coordinates activities of a project team and may identify resources. Creates detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates and status reports. Ensures adherences to quality standards and reviews project deliverables. Attends and may lead project meetings and is responsible for project tracking and analysis. Ensure adherences to quality standards and reviews project deliverables. Communicates to internal team members and possibly to client/vendors.

Our Senior Specialist Project Managers earn between $70,700 and $106,100. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
