As a Sr. Product Management & Development Manager, you will develop and manage activities for a specific Technology product/service or group of products/services from product definition and planning through production, release, and end of life (lifecycle management), including complex products or product lines. These are products and/or services that AT&T sells to residential, small to large business and/or global business customers. You will be responsible for the business case for assigned products.

As a Sr. Product Management & Development Manager at AT&T, you will research, design, plan, develop, and evaluate new products or features by translating and documenting customer and technical requirements into final product design. Analyze customer needs, identify priorities for new products or services and enhancements. Conduct research and analysis on defined market, including addressable revenue potential, competitive analysis, definition of product functionality and existing customer segments, volumes, and revenue results. Prepare and present requirements, plans, and business cases for new or modified products and services. Partner with business, technology and UX teams to design or modify products to meet market, budget, and schedule specifications. Serve as the central resource with design, process, manufacturing, test, quality, sales support, and marketing as the product(s)move to production and distribution. Manage ongoing lifecycle product performance. Work with the Pricing Team to develop pricing strategies. You will be assigned moderately complex products or product lines.

Education: Typically requires a bachelors degree, preferably in CS or related field. Experience: Typically requires 4-6 years of experience in similar area of responsibility. Supervisory: No.

Our Sr. Product Management and Development Managers earn between $95,500 and $159,100. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training. Joining our team comes with amazing perks and benefits:
