The Inside Sales Account Manager role is part of account team responsible for working with our Hyperscaler clients to retain and grow their business through managing sales opportunities and solving client issues.

Account Managers develop a deep understanding of the AT&T voice and data service portfolio and detailed sales
processes, cultivate client relationships, retains and grow revenue by identifying opportunities for upsell/cross-sell
throughout the customer’s lifecycle. Handles Sales tools such as CRM/Salesforce with expertise in Sales process and
admin; credit checks; expedites. Sales data gathering, forecasts and analytics. Runs Sales campaigns; contract renewals and product migrations initiatives on behalf of account team.

The Inside Sales Account Manager works alongside Strategic Sales and Technical Sales to enable new business
development and revenue growth.

What you'll do:

• Identify and deliver on sales opportunities generated throughout the customer lifecycle
• Drive long-term partnership value by developing an understanding of customer’s business; their challenges, operating
environment, capabilities and goals.
• Participate on Account planning and runs initiatives to drive adoption of AT&T Services
• Role involves sales tools handling, initiating and tracking of sales process, communication and interaction with account
teams, billing, technical operational departments, tracking of all new orders from initial receipt through to billing closure,
customer issue investigation and resolution, ad-hoc reporting, etc.

What you'll bring:

• University degree (Business/Technical)
• Relevant experience in customer service / account management experience
• Industry knowledge / understanding of network technology
• Relationship Management
• Effective communication and presentation skills, demonstrating an ability to influence clients and other stakeholders
• Ability to work autonomously, but also partner and collaborate
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and eye for improvement and new initiatives
• Stress management while working towards delivering against targets

Salary:from 2 280€ brutto per month + monthly bonuses + extra compensation for US working hours. The actual salary is likely to be higher based on your skills, knowledge and experience.
Location: Bratislava, Slovakia
Working hours: US Business hours (approx. 2.00pm-10.30pm CET)
Workplace designation: flexible (2 days in the office, 3 days from home)
