The Lead Cybersecurity is responsible for architecting secure solutions for identity and access management. Works with senior team members across product, delivery, and operations for producing solutions. Supports innovation, strategic planning, technical proof of concepts, testing, lab work, and various other technical efforts related to identity and access. Responsible for cyber security areas across products, services, infrastructure, networks, and/or applications while providing protection for AT&T, our customers and our vendors/partners. Works with senior team members on various projects relating to the protection of devices, customers, assets, data, information technology, and networks. Supports innovation, strategic planning, technical proof of concepts, testing, lab work, and various other technical program management related tasks associated with the cyber security programs.

About the job:

  • Create architecture for large-distributed Identity system IAM features including Access Management and Identity Lifecycle Management in support of consumer related identity and access across our all our customers including workforce and consumer.
  • Architecture designs will include system level designs as well as assisting Scrum teams with architecture questions or general technical guidance.
  • Assist in coding issues or general debugging.
  • Create and document technical designs
  • Design APIs and Interfaces
  • Mentor Junior Engineers
  • Consult on technical calls

Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics or Cyber Security or equivalent experience.
  • Requires 10+ years experience.
  • Expert experience in design large distributed system
  • Expert experience in cyber security including knowing the OWASP top 10.
  • Experience with IAM platforms, preferable IBM based products
  • Azure cloud development and deployment
  • IAM Industry Standard Protocols (OIDC, oAUTH, SAML etc)
  • Perimeter security controls – firewall, IDS/IPS, network access control and network segmentation
  • Security concepts related to DNS, routing, VPN, proxy services and DDOS mitigation technologies
  • Understanding of emerging technologies including identity SaaS offerings and cloud based tools.
  • Knowledge of Cryptographic Algorithms (symmetric/asymmetric encryption, hashing algorithms

Our Lead Cybersecurity earn between $174,100– $261,100 annually. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
