Blueshift is looking for our next Sales Development Representative to make an impact
with the market leader in AI-driven cross channel marketing. You will learn how to achieve your
sales goals while building the most essential skills for a long, successful career in sales and
marketing. We are actively hiring top talent for help build this group quickly!
Core Duties:
● Rapidly learn the essential skills and strategy needed for lead generation
● Use research and lead generation tools to build targeted, accurate lists of strategic
contacts
● Execute sales development best practices with email, phone, and social drips
● Utilize smart, targeted questions and speak knowledgeably with decisions makers - like
VPs of Marketing
● Evangelize Blueshift and build interest and opportunities with new prospects
● Partner with your assigned Account Executive to intelligently and strategically develop
new opportunities and achieve a successful territory penetration plan

Experience Desired
● Minimum 1-3 year of sales experience (1 year of selling in tech or selling to marketing preferred)
● Demonstrated track record of success
● College degree is preferred
● Naturally interested in technology and marketing
