About the Opportunity

As an Applications Administrator, you will support Ellucian business units by translating business requirements into the design and development of Salesforce CRM Applications and solutions. 

Where you will make an impact

  • As Salesforce Administrator at Ellucian, you will contribute by actively supporting the Salesforce platform within the organization.
  • You will maintain and enhance Salesforce for 1500+ users in multiple lines of business across many geographic locations.
  • You will work actively with Solutions Architects, Developers and the larger Customer Solutions Team to identify, define and implement solutions in response to the needs of Salesforce users.
  • You will primarily focus on enhancing Salesforce functionality and usability to improve adoption by users and increase ROI of the platform.
  • You will have the opportunity to work on other technologies (such as Analytics, Gainsight, M365, SharePoint/.NET) within the larger team as you skill-up.
  • You will collaborate and interface directly with internal stakeholders to understand their needs in order to administer and enhance the system.
  • You will use your excellent technical and communication skills to provide solutions to business problems as well as being the ‘go-to’ resource for users, keeping current on new releases, providing training, and more.

What you will bring

  • At least 2 years of SFDC Administration experience in Sales Cloud, Lightning Platform
  • Experience managing and triaging user submitted support issues via ticketing system(s)
  • Experience using Salesforce data tools (Data Loader, DemandTools) for managing mass data updates
  • Experience with user set-ups, profiles, permissions, roles, creating/configuring custom, objects, fields, record types, page layouts, validation rules, report and dashboard development, approval processes
  • Experience with Salesforce declarative development such as Process Builder and Flow Builder, Devops (Gearset, Flosum), Salesforce CPQ,CLM tool(Docusign, Conga CLM) is plus.
  • Skilled at interpretating internal customer business needs and translating them into application and operational requirements
  • Passionate about providing excellent customer service and communicate effectively with busines users both verbally and in writing
  • Possess strong problem solving skills and look forward to take on challenges head-on
  • Self-Starter and motivated to thrive in a fast paced, diverse work environment across time-zones
    Desired Skills & Experience
    • SFDC Admin Certified. Additional certifications a plus.
    • Sales Cloud functional acumen is a plus.
