About the Opportunity
The Renewals Operations Specialist is a key member of the renewal operations team who supports all quoting efforts across the globe. They will own the quoting process ranging from summarizing the customer’s products to building quotes that are issued to clients. Success will be defined by having a strong eye for detail, taking an organized approach to building out quotes in excel and auditing the work for discrepancies.

Prepare renewal quotes to jumpstart the renewals conversation and execute the first step on the Renewals lifecycle
\n
Utilize information in Salesforce to complete templates and perform calculations based on renewal term options

Follow proper filing procedures and naming conventions to support Renewals team
\n
Review customer contracts and understand contractual agreement terms
\n
Work within Salesforce to keep team data accurate and on track
\n
Contribute to the growth of the renewal organization by providing feedback on improvements and new processes
