About the Opportunity
Ellucian is seeking a Vice President of Corporate Development to join our strategy and development organization reporting to our Chief Strategy Officer. This is a high impact; highly visible role where you will be responsible for defining and executing the corporate development strategy for Ellucian. This role involves identifying and evaluating strategic growth opportunities, including mergers and acquisitions, partnerships, and strategic investments. The VP of Corporate Development will collaborate closely with our executive leadership & equity owners to help accelerate the company's strategic vision & expansion and overall success. This is a high impact; highly visible role where you will be responsible for defining and executing the corporate development strategy for Ellucian.
