What you will be doing?

· Provides application technical support in complex situations as well as partners with Development teams for coordination of team / project work.

· Monitors real time transactional data from Payment critical applications through the Information Delivery architecture for exceptions.

· Provides incident management and problem management service for production related incidents.

· Lead troubleshooting during production outages and communicates to management throughout the incident lifecycle.

· Collaborate cross-functionally with App dev engineers, business users, product managers and other engineers to achieve elegant solutions.

What we look for ?

· Bachelor's degree in computer science engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required

· 7+ YoE in Production Application Support.

· Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey technical information effectively to non-technical users and to provide regular updates on incident management.

· Experience in Tech SLA management and Production critical issues monitoring, escalation and resolution.

· Coordinates, facilitates, manages and controls scheduled and approved change windows for product release / maintenance windows.

· Willing to work in 24*7 rotational shift(Weekend On-Call Support as applicable)

· Experience looking on AWS & Terraform

· Working knowledge of basic AWS services like IAM, EC2, ECS, RDS , MSK and VPC.

· Working knowledge of programming languages, such as Java or Python and scripting languages.

Good to have

· AWS certification - Associate

· Experience of ISO 20022 and SWIFT standards across payments and cash management domains.

· Experience on US domestic and international payment rails.
