DIVISIONAL OVERVIEW

The Goldman Sachs Compliance Division prevents, detects and mitigates regulatory and reputational risk across the firm, and helps to strengthen the firm's culture of compliance. As an independent control function and part of the firm's second line of defense, Compliance:
• Assesses the firm's compliance, regulatory and reputational risk
• Monitors for compliance with new or amended laws, rules and regulations
• Designs and implements controls, policies, procedures and training
• Conducts independent testing
• Leads the firm's response to regulatory examinations, audits and inquiries

Compliance Engineering empowers these activities by building and operating a suite of software platforms and applications. We are a team of more than 300 engineers and scientists who work on the most complex, mission-critical problems. We have access to the latest technology and to massive amounts of structured and unstructured data. We leverage modern frameworks to build responsive and intuitive UX/UI and Big Data applications, incorporating cutting-edge AI and efficient processes to drive them.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

As a compliance Engineering Admin, you will be responsible for
• Extensive Calendar Management includes keeping a vigilance on Internal, External & Global meetings with Senior MD’s & Partners as per the required Time zones.
• Ensure all business regions & budget approvals are in place for the Teams upcoming business trips.
• Handle every piece of GS specific information with utmost confidentiality and ensure timely shredding of documents post use. Administrative support on couriering, copying, scan etc.
• Organize end to end travel for the MD with the help of online Concur tool on Ticketing and accommodation, transport. Co-ordinate and arrange multiple meetings while on site with the Senior MD’s and Partners. Arrange for Office and access card activations.
• Booking conference rooms & VC with the help of Online booking tool for regional and global meetings.
• Arranging logistics such as Food and Beverages, visitor passes, security clearance for external visitors.
Expense Management
o Filing expense report on Concur application and ensure the MD’s expense claims are submitted and expensed out on time.
o Keeping a tab on Amex reconciliations if any and filing/retaining a record of the same for future audits
• Visitor Management
o Drafting and finalizing the agenda for Senior MD’s and Partner visits.
o Update senior visitor details on the online Firm Log.
o Arrange for Invite letter, Office setup, Building access, Escorting, Food and car arrangements for the visitor.
o Book meeting rooms and arrange for Lunch & Dinner networking sessions.
o the liaison with the admins from other divisions to manage site level activities and booking time with senior folks from other divisions.

Team
o Timesheet data entry and manager alignments
o Role Management System Administrator
o Office space system management and co-ordination of seating requirements
o Locker maintenance & assignment
o Supporting teams in day to day issues, needs, and queries.
o Maintenance of distribution lists
o Schedule Connect sessions & Skip levels for the MD/Sr VP to stay connected with the junior level team.
o Arrange internal/external events such as 10 years’ service anniversaries, VP Onsite sessions, Birthdays, Farewells, Team celebrations. etc by booking venue, arranging Dinner/Lunch boxes, visiting the sites, conduct negotiations, Menu, and venue setup finalizations, organizing corporate gifts etc.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 3 years of experience of working as an administrative assistant.
