Operations is a dynamic, multi-faceted function that partners with all parts of the firm to provide banking, securities, and asset management services to clients around the world. In addition, Operations provides essential risk management and controls to preserve and enhance the firm's assets and its reputation. For every new product launched and every trade executed, it is Operations that develops and manages the processes and controls that enable business flow.

As an Analyst in the Quality Assurance (QA) team within Platform Solutions, you will be part of a global team that provides a critical control function as the first line of defense. The QA team conducts customer interaction monitoring to ensure that our servicing, collections, and fraud specialists adhere to regulatory and compliance requirements, follow procedures, and provide an exceptional customer experience. The team also performs front-to-back high-risk process reviews to ensure compliance and procedural adherence for each step of the process from intake through case processing and completion. You will perform a critical role by managing a team of Quality Specialists and to improve the efficiency, automation, and effectiveness of the team and related processes. You will liaise with multiple stakeholders across Platform Solutions to reduce defects and execute on initiatives.

We have a fast-paced result driven culture, and we are looking for an individual with a risk-management mindset who can partner with business leaders to improve our processes and business controls in Platform Solutions.


  • Manage day to day functions of Quality Specialists in support of QA and High-Risk testing
  • Partner with Compliance, Risk and Delivery process owners to ensure alignment of QA testing and continuous updates related to Knowledge Base [Right Answers] and Procedures
  • Liaise with Change Management to monitor process changes that impact QA testing and coordinate relevant script updates
  • Run calibration calls both internally within the QA team and externally with BPO QA teams/managers to ensure consistency in evaluation approach/scoring
  • Provide QA reporting updates to Delivery leadership and Compliance/Risk
  • Assist with responding to audits and providing requested data/samples


  • 2-3 years Quality Assurance experience
  • People management experience
  • Familiarity with US banking regulations such as Reg Z, TILA and ECOA
  • Microsoft office skills desired
