As one of the world's leading asset managers, our mission is to help our clients achieve their investment goals. To best serve our clients' diverse and evolving needs, we have built our business to be global, broad, and deep across asset classes, geographies, and solutions.

Within the Multi Asset Solutions (MAS) investing group, our personalized planning and investing team is responsible for the design, product management and investment methodology for our digital investment and retirement advice platform. We provide custom tailored education, advice, and account management services via partnerships with employers, recordkeepers, advisors/consultants to help their employees and participants meet their retirement objectives. These services are offered within Defined Contribution plans, such as 401(k) plans, as well as through other partnership channels, such as for the Individual Retirement Account (IRA) market.

This Vice President, Senior Product Manager, will have a strong track record of delivering world-class digital product and service solutions across industries, where command of requirements and strong technical acumen has played a pivotal role. This individual will interface directly with enterprise partners on projects with complex advice, compliance, and back-end integration requirements. Through this effort the team will expand leading, digital-first planning and advice solutions that impact thousands of users.

As an experienced product manager, you can execute the entire product design lifecycle, including Discovery, Design, Implementation and Release. You should have expertise leading and mentoring a team of talented designers and junior product managers. You should excel at collaborating with other product managers and business stakeholders to guide product direction and define detailed requirements. In addition, you should possess strong people skills and have experience both managing and maintaining team motivation and morale, as well as identifying and resolving team issues and conflicts.

This Vice President, Senior Product Manager, will help define and evolve the high standards of product management and innovation across the MAS Defined Contribution space, setting and raising the bar, so team members do the same. The best candidate for this position rolls up their sleeves and effectively leads their team to bring product management to life, while partnering with the business to ensure every approach and process is primed for success.
