Asset & Wealth Management Engineering
Global Change Managers lead high priority initiatives within Asset and Wealth Management (AWM), supporting the global AWM businesses. You will work alongside Deal Execution teams, Sales, Product Managers, Operations and Engineers to ensure solutions are delivered and benefits realized.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage key financial processes across the global business (e.g., Zero Based Budgeting, non-comp rationalization, software/hardware expenditures, compute/storage/cloud strategy, etc.)
- Analyze, track and report highlights and performance indicators for Strategic Initiatives
- Help drive business planning and forecasting for AWM Engineering
- Lead key expense management initiatives across the division
- Work in partnership with the COO teams to drive cost saving initiatives
- Management Reporting, Ad-hoc Financial Analysis, CFO Support
- Govern the processes for submitting annual multi-year budgets and forecasts and report total financial performance against key target metrics on a monthly basis
- Create reports to track actual vs. budget for various spend categories
- Meet with finance teams to clearly summarize financial trends and provide insights to senior management.
- Analysis and reporting of staffing allocation and optimization across different attributes
- Develop dashboards and reports to produce insights for AWM Engineering Leadership
- Report, model and analyze costs and expenses by region and at the departmental level
- Presentations and meetings: help management organize and design presentations
- Financials: support the management of budget and headcount
- Deliver ad-hoc analyses based on current business priorities and requests from various stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications:
- Finance Professional experience 8-15 years – MBA preferred
- MS Office skills – Advanced MS Excel knowledge, proficiency on MS PowerPoint
- Professional experience in handling large amount of data and analysis
- Clear and effective communication skills both verbally and in writing. Experience of working in a global setup will be of advantage
- Impeccable attention to detail
- Exceptional analytical, problem solving, critical thinking and project management skills with a proven track record of execution against deliverables
- Courage to challenge current practice and suggest new ways of working, value-added ideas/ approaches
- Ability to work in a team-based environment and to interface with employees at all levels
- Flexibility to adapt and perform in a dynamic and evolving organization
Salary Range
The expected base salary for this New York, New York, United States-based position is $85000-$140000. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus if you are an active employee as of fiscal year-end.
