The Role

We’re seeking an enthusiastic, proactive, organised and highly motivated Marketing and Research Operations Analyst to join the Marketing team in our London office. Reporting into the Research and Insights lead, this role will be focused on ensuring we’re compliant with key governance processes across research and marketing, deliver actionable consumer insights, and help support the smooth running of cross-channel campaigns. The successful candidate will be someone that is keen to embed themselves and their expertise in a fast-paced environment, is excited to learn more about marketing and research and pro-actively disseminates knowledge across the team.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and facilitate key governance and operational processes across the Product & Marketing team; facilitating & owning internal approvals forums, including minutes & actions
  • Managing dynamic and evolving marketing & research calendars
  • Supporting the marketing and research teams to deliver cross-channel campaigns by hosting daily stand-ups to ensure the team are on track, monitoring actions items, identifying any blockers when in campaign periods
  • Building and optimising processes that support a roadmap of marketing technology and infrastructure enhancements end-to-end
  • Ensure documentation of workstreams, assets and processes are aligned with internal governance
  • Supporting the marketing team with vendor management processes
  • Secondary point of contact for web editing requirements
  • Management of Marcus Community (internal research panel), including: building research activities; recruiting respondents; running small-scale analysis
  • Programming & checking market research surveys (via Qualtrics)
  • Presenting actionable research to key business stakeholders

Experience and skills:

  • Relevant marketing qualification
  • Knowledge of Adobe Experience Management & Jira welcome, but not essential
  • 1+ years experience working in market research and/or marketing operations
  • Proven experience working with a large range of stakeholders from cross-functions (legal, compliance, business)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Highly organise and motivated with ability to work to tight deadlines
  • A proactive, ambitious creative and critical thinker
  • Experience or aptitude for working with Excel, and conducting data analysis
