Job Duties: Vice President with The Ayco Company, L.P., a Goldman Sachs Company in Boston, Massachusetts. Develop and manage the Web Analytics infrastructure to measure client engagement and user journey on the web and mobile app platforms across the Workplace Wealth suite of platforms. Work with business partners to capture requirements and develop the strategy to capture data about user interactions on web and mobile applications to provide impact analysis back to the business. Oversee the implementation of data tools such as Adobe Analytics, Tableau, Alteryx and SQL to develop and automate reports or analysis that leads to actionable business insights. Develop the dashboard strategy for regular and ad-hoc analysis in Tableau and Adobe Analytics to find patterns, anomalies and insights around KPIs and engagement. Explore and analyze web user experience and product performance data, develop goals and tracking metrics and ensure product priorities are data driven. Provide business leadership with data-driven strategic thinking and insight to help the business make better informed decisions. Understand whether consumers are completing our desired journey and provide recommendations for product improvements to drive business goals and objectives. Further inform product decisions through analysis, user research and experimentation. Continuously analyze data and feedback to identify both problem areas and opportunities. Define and design analytics requirements for new features being built, write user stories with detailed acceptance criteria and groom stories with developers and designers. Support the creation and maintenance of Solution Design Reference (SDR) Documents to translate requirements for engineers and enable a clear source of truth for requirements. Ensure real time web data integration for various end points like Segment (Costumer Data Platforms - CDP), Target (A/B testing) and data lake.

Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Business, Business Analytics & Project Management, Marketing, Information Systems, Electronic Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field. Five (5) years with a Bachelor’s degree or three (3) years with a Master’s degree in the job offered or in a related role. Prior experience must include five (5) years with a Bachelor’s degree or three (3) years with a Master’s degree with the following: collaborating with key business stakeholders to define the overarching analytics strategy; analyzing various data elements, including online and mobile customer experiences; standard software and web-based tools with the skills of implementation, reporting, and analysis – including Adobe Analytics, Alteryx or Tableau; designing, developing and implementing data visualization dashboards in Tableau or Domo to provide real-time visibility into performance results; translating business requirements into tagging specifications for web and app analytics implementations; behavioral and transactional analytics tools and techniques related to consumer funnel analysis; and data analysis and managing, manipulating and analyzing large data sets. Prior experience must include two (2) years with the following: programming in languages like SQL, R or Python.
