Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of deposit strategies to drive growth while managing liquidity risk effectively
- Analyze and monitor deposit betas to understand the impact on funding costs and overall balance sheet dynamics
- Monitor liquidity risk ratios such as LCR (Liquidity Coverage Ratio) and NSFR (Net Stable Funding Ratio), ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Develop and maintain models to forecast liquidity outflows under various stress scenarios, providing insights to senior management for decision-making
- Work closely with Treasury, Risk and Finance teams to optimize the balance sheet composition, taking into account liquidity requirements and profitability targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Treasury, Finance, Risk Management, and Marketing to align liquidity strategies with broader organizational objectives
- Alignment of product suite and balance sheet with the latest regulatory developments and industry best practices related to liquidity management and deposits
- Drive product innovation initiatives aimed at enhancing the deposit product offering for clients
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree
- 2-3 years in managing deposits and balance sheet inclusive of liquidity product strategy and business development
- Preferred MBA
