Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS

The role is part of the regional management team in the Executive Office based in Hong Kong. As part of this role, you will be exposed to the breadth of GS across multiple business lines, and across different Control, Finance, and Operations divisions of the firm in the region.

  • Manage key internal engagement for senior management including internal townhall, office visits and ad hoc events in the region.
  • Prepare of presentation material, briefing materials and talking points for senior management, and facilitate management related meetings.
  • Involve in the rollout of events and programs for our people to drive engagement and communication across divisions in the region.
  • Support regional business initiatives, regulatory work and commitment in the region. Compile and summarize information from across divisions for internal and management reporting.
  • Provide support to internal risk governance processes to improve risk profile in the region. Coordinate operational and risk related processes to remediate risks and deliver specific risk and control programs.

Desired Experience / Skills

  • Bachelors degree or higher with 0-5 years working experience in a fast paced demanding business environment.
  • Excellence communication and presentation skills in English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, organized, with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, self-motivated and deadline driven. Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
