Overview:

This role within the People Analytics team is crucial for driving data-informed talent decisions across the organization. This individual will leverage their analytical acumen and storytelling abilities to translate complex HCM data into actionable insights for senior stakeholders, including Regional HCM Heads, Divisional Heads, Chiefs of Staff, and the Executive Office. Collaboration will be key, partnering with HCM teams, the Executive Office, and the Real Estate team to influence talent strategies throughout the employee lifecycle, impacting capacity planning, budgeting and headcount strategy. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape workforce planning and optimization by providing data-driven recommendations to senior leadership.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with senior stakeholders (Regional HCM Heads, Divisional Heads, Chiefs of Staff, Executive Office) to understand their business needs and deliver data-driven solutions.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of HCM data across all talent processes (performance ratings, promotions, talent reviews, compensation) to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop compelling narratives and visualizations to effectively communicate insights and influence strategic decision-making at the highest levels.
  • Provide data-driven insights to support stakeholders at every stage of the employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to exit interviews.
  • Collaborate with HCM teams, the Executive Office, and the Real Estate team to design and implement data-driven solutions that optimize talent outcomes, capacity planning, and resource allocation.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of HCM reporting dashboards and tools.
  • Coordinate with the Executive Office and Real Estate team on headcount projections for capacity planning, location strategy and budgeting purposes.

Qualifications:

  • 4-6 years of post-MBA experience, with a preference for candidates from top-tier consulting backgrounds.
  • Demonstrated analytical mindset with a proven ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, including experience presenting to senior executives.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., SQL, Excel, statistical modeling).
  • Extensive experience working with large datasets and HRIS systems.
  • Experience in compensation and reward analytics, executive compensation, and regulatory disclosures is a plus.
  • Proven ability to think strategically and craft compelling narratives from data.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
