ABOUT THE ROLE

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct quality evaluations on high risk processes and customer interactions
  • Perform process and customer interaction evaluations to ensure adherence to compliance, procedural and customer experience standards
  • Identify root causes of quality issues discovered through the evaluation process and present recommendations for improvement
  • Monitor day-to-day operational activities to ensure alignment with business policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with business partners and facilitate meetings to discuss findings and remediation steps

Basic Qualifications:

1. Able to deliver accurate written feedback

2. 1-3 years of experience

3. Excellent interpersonal, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills

4. Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)

5. Experience in QA/QC or compliance role
