We're looking for a highly motivated and relationship-driven recruiting professional to join our Asia Pacific Campus Recruiting team. In this role, you'll help attract and hire exceptional talent from leading universities across the region, partnering closely with business leaders and colleagues to build the next generation of Goldman Sachs professionals.

Human Capital Management (HCM) recruits, develops and rewards the people of Goldman Sachs. Campus Recruiting helps devise and execute the firm's entry-level recruiting strategy, including building and maintaining university relationships, marketing the firm to selected institutions, facilitating candidate offer and acceptance processes, and delivering internship and analyst recruiting programs. This position is responsible for helping develop and execute strategies and initiatives designed to attract top campus talent for the firm's businesses across Asia Pacific. The successful candidate will partner closely with recruiting colleagues and business stakeholders to deliver exceptional talent outcomes while enhancing Goldman Sachs' position as an employer of choice.

This role provides exposure to senior stakeholders across Asia Pacific and offers the opportunity to influence recruiting strategies in some of the region's most competitive talent markets.

HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL

  • Design and develop recruitment strategies that provide our divisions with a diverse and high-caliber pool of talent.
  • Build, develop and maintain year-round relationships with universities and external stakeholders, including career centers, faculty, student organizations, alumni and key campus influencers.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador for Goldman Sachs, educating and engaging students on career opportunities and the firm's value proposition.
  • Partner closely with divisional recruiting teams and senior business stakeholders to understand hiring needs and deliver talent solutions.
  • Develop and execute innovative campus engagement and recruiting initiatives that strengthen the firm's presence at target universities.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance candidate assessment methodologies and recruiting effectiveness.
  • Leverage data, market insights and analytics to evaluate recruiting outcomes and inform future strategy.
  • Explore and implement innovative technologies and recruiting approaches that improve candidate engagement and hiring results.
  • Manage candidate relationships throughout the recruiting lifecycle, providing guidance on the firm, recruiting process and potential career opportunities.
  • Partner with colleagues across Asia Pacific to deliver a consistent, best-in-class candidate experience.
  • Continuously assess market trends and university landscapes to identify new opportunities for talent attraction and engagement.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • At least 4 years of experience in recruiting, university relations, talent acquisition, business development, client relationship management, consulting or other client-facing roles.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-management capabilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across internal and external stakeholder groups.
  • Self-motivated with a proven track record of delivering results.
  • Ability to think creatively, strategically and operationally while maintaining a commercial mindset.
  • Ability to influence and engage multiple audiences within a complex, consensus-driven organization.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive informed decision-making.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Highly organized with strong follow-through and execution.
  • Results-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities while maintaining a long-term strategic focus.
  • Mandarin and English language fluency required.
