Qualifications

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, a related engineering field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 5 years of experience in developing automated RF tests for electronics products
  • Ability to speak and write in English fluently
  • Ability to travel 25% of the time domestically and internationally

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering
  • 8 years of experience in RF manufacturing test
  • Experience in working in a lab and in a high volume manufacturing industry
  • Experience with running a comprehensive analysis of technical issues, such as system performance analysis and root-cause of product issues
  • Ability to use Python
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and achieve goals

Responsibilities

  • Create, develop, and align test plans and automated test sequences or scripts for testing RF on new products at PCBA and OTA.
  • Program RF Test equipment such as R&S CMW100, Litepoint IQxstream-5G, IQxel-MW 7G, Network Analyzer, Spectrum Analyzer, Power meter.
  • Conduct RF calibration/test, over-the-air measurement, antenna pattern and RF hardware.
  • Collaborate with electrical engineering, design engineering, and external 3rd party integrators on production test fixtures and development to ensure good functional test coverage and reproducible results.
  • Support and improve ongoing production test sequences or scripts for engineering deviations, yield improvement, and cycle time reduction.
