Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages, or 1 year of experience with an advanced degree.
- 2 years of experience with data structures or algorithms in either an academic or industry setting.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with LTE and 5G NR.
- Experience in 3GPP LTE/NR NAS/AS protocols.
- Familiarity with the modem validation process.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to take initiative, and manage changes and multi-task during the development phase.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $118,000-$172,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Participate in engineering tasks in 4G/5G NAS/upper layer domain and joint-efforts in AS layer engineering.
- Facilitate the analysis, fixing, and resolution of 3GPP NAS Modem protocol and/or AS/IMS issues from the testing team, certification lab, and customers.
- Coordinate the optimization of mobile service quality, data performance, voice call performance, and power/thermal issues.
- Work closely with global carriers to meet customers' protocol/performance requirements.
