Qualifications

Minimum qualifications:

10 years of experience with project management in a data center environment.
10 years of experience working on physical security systems.

Preferred qualifications:

Experience working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams.
Excellent organization, multitasking, and prioritization skills with attention to detail.

As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you’ll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You’ll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.

Responsibilities

Lead regional projects with the partner teams for review, approval of security designs, specifications, and to ensure compliance to Google’s standards.
Improve the efficiency of security systems design, project execution processes, and technical specifications.
Collaborate with the partner teams for implementation of security systems and exploring opportunities for increasing efficiency.
Support the security systems, upgrade programs, coordinate with various teams in identifying the scope of work, and work with leadership.
Collaborate with stakeholders and be the trusted partner for teams on security systems.
