Analytical Lead, Travel Search

Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in advertising sales, marketing, consulting, or media in the travel industry.
- Experience with SQL and data visualization techniques.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in campaign management using the Google Ads platform and Hotel Ads.
- Experience using spreadsheets and dashboarding products to analyze marketing data and generate data-informed recommendations.
- Experience dealing with large, complex datasets and distilling key insights with the use of data visualization techniques.
- Experience at a travel metasearch or metasearch optimization company.
- Ability to learn quickly and succeed in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Excellent organizational, analysis, written and verbal communication, and influencing skills.

As the Analytical Lead for Travel Search, you'll be responsible for supporting Sales teams and partners to capture their full potential on Google Ads. You will support and grow new business with Google’s advertisers on an emerging Google platform primarily focused on Hotel Ads. You will serve as their advocate within Google while collaborating with other Google teams to provide them with comprehensive platform support, growth ideas, and options.

We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scaled travel tools, resources and dashboards, and priority client data integrations. Synthesize insights from a variety of structured data sources to provide holistic and actionable insights.
- Develop strategies to support Sales teams in making the best use of new reports and datasets to drive partner participation and growth including integrated reporting across paid and organic.
- Partner with Google teams to define and execute overarching Go-To-Market strategy, set product adoption goals, provide product input/feedback to drive prioritization, and assist on regional trainings.
- Develop deep product expertise to bring current and emerging Travel Ads offers to market in collaboration with regional counterparts.
- Help bring to market new Travel features and products outside of Hotel Ads.
