Qualifications

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in industry software development in C/C++.
  • Experience in camera related(3A, ISP, IQ, System) software development.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 3 years of experience in Auto Exposure algorithm development and commercialization.
  • Good knowledge of ISP data-flows and processing blocks.
  • Detailed understanding of mobile imaging systems (image sensors, optics, auto-exposure, ISP, etc.).
  • Proficiency in embedded systems or firmware design.

This includes bringing together the best of Google’s artificial intelligence, software, and hardware to build global smartphones and create transformative experiences for users across the world.

Responsibilities

  • Perform Pixel camera 3A exposure control software and algorithm development.
  • Perform exposure Control tuning and testing automatization (unit, IQ/VQ, functional tests).
  • Collaborate across Google teams to enable our solution across projects, including environment sensors to assist camera.
  • Perform Pixel camera 3A software performance, power, and memory optimization.
  • Participate in Google Pixel camera tuning and image quality evaluation.
