Qualifications

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Experience with embedded software development in C/C++ (bare metal, RTOS or Linux kernel)
  • Experience with basics of computer architecture

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in ARM architecture and standard interfaces, bare-metal programming, bootloader, and firmware
  • Experience in Linux kernel, device drivers, and Android system programming
  • Experience in verification using FPGAs and/or emulation platforms
  • Experience modifying simulation platforms for custom IP (e.g., QEMU)
  • Ability to speak and write in English fluently

Responsibilities

  • Develop and integrate Linux kernel driver for SoC internals.
  • Bring up and debug issues up and down hardware/software stack.
  • Develop and integrate models for pre-silicon software development on a simulation platform.
