Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in program/project management.
- Experience with people management.
- Experience with program managing feature development on mobile.
- Experience with Android platform and ecosystem.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in Android kernel or sub-systems log analysis and quality metrics design.
- Ability to deal with ambiguity from proposal, solutions to execution and collaborate with stakeholders across different functions and time zones to manage change and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and executive leadership stakeholder management skills.

As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you lead complex, multi-disciplinary engineering projects using your engineering expertise. You plan requirements with internal customers and usher projects through the entire project lifecycle. This includes managing project schedules, identifying risks and clearly communicating them to project stakeholders. You're equally at home explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical trade-offs in product development with engineers.
Using your extensive technical and leadership expertise, you manage various Engineering-specific programs and teams.

- Plan and manage Android and Pixel insight and quality programs.
- Secure the Pixel quality bar and carry out continuous process improvement.
- Mentor and coach direct reports on career development and performance improvement.
- Manage and balance team priorities, goals, and executions.
- Build and lead cross-functional and cross-organizational collaborations.
