Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3 years of experience in advertising sales, marketing, consulting, or media.
  • Experience in business development, client relationship and servicing, and consultative promoting.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in sales technology, advertising, media sales and/or internet environment.
  • Experience managing multiple accounts simultaneously while paying attention to details.
  • Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment with excellent problem-solving, creative thinking and investigative skills.

Using your relationship-building skills, you provide Google-caliber client service, research and market analysis. Working with them, you set the vision and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users.

In this role, you will be responsible for growing the advertising business by educating, solution promoting, and consulting with customers directly. You will focus on identifying opportunities where we can have increased impact with our customers and business.

Our teams of strategists, analysts, advisers and support specialists collaborate closely to spot and analyze customer needs and trends. In collaboration, we create and implement business plans broadly for all types of businesses.


  • Manage business growth pipeline and develop a strategy for sustained success. Survey customers, identify leads, and build sustainable relationships.
  • Build compelling, data-driven, long-term customers, and agency plans to develop and deliver advertising solutions to optimize customers’ accounts, and contribute strategically to the growth and direction of Google products and services.
  • Deliver on strategic goals, while prioritizing and delivering an excellent customer experience to Google advertisers.
