Qualifications

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in simulator or virtual prototyping (i.e., QEMU, gem5, SystemC, ARM Fast Model, Virtualizer).
3 years of experience in technical leadership.

Preferred qualifications:

5 years of experience in technical leadership and people management.
Experience in drivers development (Linux/Android) for mobile chipset, firmware development (RTOS, bare metal), boot loaders development.
Experience in FPGA or emulation solutions.
Excellent leadership, investigative, project management, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead a team and collaborate with other Technical Leads or teams (i.e., Hardware, Architecture, and Software) to deliver simulation solutions (i.e., gem5) for pre-silicon software development (i.e., driver, ROM, firmware).
Manage a team of software engineers, including task planning, code reviews, recruit, hire, and onboard a team of software engineers.
Drive technical projects and provide leadership in an innovative and fast-paced environment.
Be responsible for the overall planning, execution, and success of technical projects.
Contribute technically to projects.
