Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 12 years of experience in product management.
- Experience creating product roadmaps from conception to launch, driving the product goals, defining go-to-market strategy, and leading design discussions.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (e.g., Product Engineering, UX/UI, Program management).
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA or Master’s degree.
- Experience in Identity, Access management, Security and/or privacy.
- Experience with enterprise products, infrastructure or systems.
- Experience with enterprise, cloud, and cybersecurity product areas.
- Knowledge of multiple functional areas (e.g., UX, Customer Support, Marketing).
- Knowledge of cloud ecosystems and markets.

As a Group Product Manager with Google Cloud Security, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of high-performing product managers by partnering closely with the cross-functional teams. You will define and deliver a compelling roadmap for the next phase of cloud security offerings and lead through the execution cycle. Additionally, you will develop product solutions, strategy and goals to execute on the market potential and benefits possible from applying Google security to the enterprise market.

Responsibilities
- Generate insights from formative research, market gaps to find out product requirements in the Identity, Access Management, and Operational Support system (OSS) space.
- Be self-driven and understand complex technologies and customer use cases to find out insights for driving customer experience with Google cloud products.
- Advocate customer needs and pain points in the hybrid cloud space to influence technical priorities and business strategy.
- Be responsible for setting up and trying out enterprise cloud and security products, to better understand and find out areas of opportunity. Set short- term and long-term strategies for the Google Cloud Security product team.
