Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Electrical Engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience in supply chain or semiconductor commodity management.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience influencing and working cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Legal, and Operation teams.
- Knowledge of network with semiconductor suppliers.
- Knowledge of semiconductors, component manufacturing, and supply chain processes.
- Excellent leadership, teamwork, strategic business planning, project management, and execution skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent coaching, verbal and written communication, and discussing agreements skills.

Responsibilities
- Manage supply chain operations that are primarily responsible for multi-commodity categories across the entire Product Area’s sustaining products, ensuring commodity supply meets product schedule and demand.
- Be responsible for commodities' continuity of supply that is essential to enable Product Area’s product roadmap, cost optimization, and suppliers' agreements for the sustaining products.
- Scale and elevate the supply operation team to the next level of readiness to support rapid business growth and talent planning.
- Represent the Electrical Engineering team in the broad internal cross-functional collaboration and external supplier executive interactions, serving as focal points for supply issue escalations.
- Act as an advisor to executive level leads within the Supply and Service Team, and cross-functionally.
