- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in a technology partner, channel manager, or indirect sales role.
- Ability to speak and write in Spanish and English fluently.
- MBA degree.
- Experience with public cloud solutions across SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS platforms.
- Experience with the cloud partner ecosystem, System Integrators (SIs), Service Providers (SPs), Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), telcos, or other partners.
- Experience with the Google Cloud ecosystem.
- Understanding of foundational cloud technologies (e.g., network, compute, database, middleware, virtualization, etc.).
About the job
As a Partner Territory Manager, you will deliver business growth commitments across Google Workspace and Google Cloud Products (GCP) in your assigned territory by working collaboratively with the partner team, direct sales teams, and extensive partner network. You will work with the partners ecosystem to develop Google Cloud business via sales and marketing campaigns, training, and enablement. You’ll be the key point of contact for Small and Medium Business (SMB) partners in the Latin America market, you will develop an understanding of partner ecosystem growth drivers and identify creative solutions to increase business across several different categories of Google Cloud partners.
Deliver territory plan and growth commitments through partners ecosystem across Google Workspace and Google Cloud Platform.
Develop and execute SMB plans for key partners in assigned territory and use quarterly business reviews for overall progress and regular engagement to drive improvement.
Manage business performance of partners and map partner capabilities and priorities with Google goals and strategies. Collaborate with partner team across the partner ecosystem.
Resolve business and operational issues with partners. Identify territory opportunities and leverage the right resources cross-functionally to address.
Work with the SMB Sales team to develop and leverage winning opportunities with Google Cloud partners.
