Qualifications

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in program management.
  • Active US Government Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmentalized Information (TS/SCI) Security Clearance with polygraph.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
  • Knowledge of compliance regimes and requirements, including NIST, FedRAMP, DoD SRG, IL2/4/5/6, etc.
  • Experience with information security governance (e.g., XACTA, RSA Archer, ServiceNOW, GRC, etc).
  • Experience with security assessment tools and methodologies.
  • Experience with security incident response.

You’ll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.

As a Technical Program Manager for Cybersecurity Risk, you will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating information security risks. This includes conducting risk assessments, developing and implementing security controls, and monitoring risk on an ongoing basis. You will also work with other departments to raise awareness of security risks and to ensure that security is integrated into all aspects of the organization's business.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $139,000-$208,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Conduct risk assessments to identify and assess the organization's information security risks.
  • Develop and implement security controls to mitigate identified risks.
  • Work with other departments to raise awareness of security risks and to ensure that security is integrated into all aspects of the organization's business.
  • Stay up-to-date on information security threats and trends.
  • Conduct training on information security best practices.
