Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience managing projects.
- Experience with two or more of the following: server hardware and software, network hardware and software, data center infrastructure and operations, or mechanical and electrical systems.
Preferred qualifications:
- 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience working with AutoCAD.
- Experience with network capacity planning.

As a Capacity and Constraints Management Technical Program Manager, you will provide leadership for data center projects that will include facility implementation planning, development and documentation of deployment standards, detailed data analysis, and corresponding recommendations. You will use technical judgment necessary to drive engineering decisions resulting in significant, positive business impact.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $118,000-$172,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Lead the Trusted Partner Google Cloud design and deployment projects, and identify new processes and systems needed to enable more efficient design and deployment of Trusted Partner Google Cloud data centers.
- Execute Capacity and Constraints (power, space, cooling, operations, and network) related tasks in the delivery of large, complex projects, managing to data center constraints in data center deployments.
- Evaluate the deployment impact and feasibility of new technologies.
- Own and maintain relationships between cross-functional teams.
- Maintain standards of design and deployment across sites.
