Qualifications

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in marketing and communications, consulting, technical writing, journalism, or other related field.
  • Experience working in a go-to-market organization.
  • Ability to travel (domestically and internationally) up to 40% of the time.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience with written communication, with the ability to work in a fast-paced business organization.
  • 1 year of experience working in, or exposure to the Security field.
  • Experience creating educational content for Sales teams.
  • Experience in Sales Engineering or customer-facing roles.

As a Technical Sales Program Lead, you will work to develop and deliver security focused content to our Sales Engineers and Security Partners. You will make small edits to existing content, create new content, and take the creative liberty to develop comprehensive technical content for Pre-Sales and Post-Sales Engineers in the field, while managing multiple projects at once.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $125,000-$187,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Create high-quality technical content and paths for our partners, pre- and post-sales engineering teams.
  • Work with subject matter experts (SMEs) to identify knowledge gaps in content and make sure content is current and timely. Audit existing content for relevance and to make sure it's still relevant and useful to the security technical audience.
  • Use a suite of internal tools to draft, develop, and publish content. Present materials to technical audience(s).
  • Partner with global cloud enablement to drive programs to educate our sales engineers.
  • Work with Go-To-Market Security Manager on new hire programs for a technical audience and manage through delivery.
