Qualifications

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
3 years of experience with software development.
Experience in general purpose programming languages (e.g., C/C++, Java, and Rust).

Preferred qualifications:

Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
5 years of experience in data path domain expertise or Android development.
Experience in any networking protocol (i.e., IPv6, IPv4, UDP/TCP, DNS, HTTP, QUIC, TLS).
Experience in building RTOS-based products.
Experience with kernel/driver development.
Experience with 3GPP wireless data.

Responsibilities

Implement/evolve important networking data performance features or networking hardware offload, analyze/debug the data throughput issues, and adjust the data performance parameters for Pixel devices.
Enhance the networking data performance testing capabilities with test engineers, and develop automation tests to ensure the data performance test coverage and strength.
Test and identify the performance gap for various end users use cases and create creative solutions to improve the user experience.
